Welcome to our URBIQQ Community. Listed below are some of the frequently asked questions we have received from our URBIQQ Community. We will continualluy update our list of questions as we receive inquiries from other commmunity members.

1. How do I register to become a member of the URBIQQ community?

There are two methods of registering to become a member of the URBIQQ community:

  • 1. REGISTER WITH EMAIL: Using this method you are required to provide a valid email and some basic profile information.
  • 2. REGISTER WITH SOCIAL MEDIA: You can use your FaceBook or Twitter authentication to register to become a member of the URBIQQ community

2. Can I use the application without registering?

Yes, however, you will have limited access to the features provided by the platform, which will significantly impact your user experience. In order to experience the full set of features we would suggest that you register to become a member of the URBIQQ community.

3. What is the benefit of becoming a registered user?

As a registered user, you will have access to the following capabilities:

Unique Shopping Experience

  • URBIQQ understands that each member will have their own taste, demands, and budget. This is the reason URBIQQ offers customized shopping experiences to align with their objectives for style, fashion, cost, merchant, and more. Members will be able to customize their profiles according to their likes, interests, and fashion sense. We will provide content based on those preferences and notify the member when events such as price changes, lowest available price, or sales take place. Members will be provided with style recommendations based on their profile and shopping habits, can filter search results to suit their needs, and get notified about what’s trending on our platform.
  • Aligned with our mission to provide a unique shopping experience, URBIQQ has implemented a centralized shopping bag experience, where members can browse different merchants on our platforms and add any products to a single shopping bag. This way, members can easily shop around and review all their purchases in one location.

Sharing the Experience

  • URBIQQ will allow members to create social media-shareable events. Members can share their shopping cart options and wish list with others via social media to gain insight and perspective from their friend by sharing their shopping experience. After all, our platform is all about building a socially connected community.

Personalized Branding

  • URBIQQ will help the members understand fashion trends through various blogs and articles posted on the website. This content, along with product reviews and feedback, will enable the members to better understand how to leverage URBIQQ to establish their own personal brand and gain insight into the fashion industry. As members of the URBIQQ community, users will also be able to upload their content to reflect their unique style and establish their own fashion sense. After the content is uploaded, other members will be able to provide feedback, which in effect will help our members hone fashion savvy and create their own brand.

Personalized Style Consultant

  • Each member gains insight on what others think about their fashion sense, since all members will be incentivized to provide feedback and comments regarding the curated user-generated content. With the constant feedback and reviews, members will have quick access to feedback before they make any purchase, which makes their decisions easier and guides them toward the best buy options. We will also rank member’s styles so that others can follow popular members who typically have highly rated posts.

4. How is my information protected?

5. Can I deactivate my account?

Yes, you have the capability to deactivate your account. This can be done using the Deactivate option at the bottom of the MY PROFILE->Setting
